  • Do you have a shopfront?

Our boutique is only online. Not having a physical store helps us keep costs down. However, if you are near Brisbane, you are welcome to visit our headquarters to take a look, try things on, and purchase items. Our HQ is in Banksia Beach, Queensland, Australia.


  • What payments do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit (only for Australia).


  • What is your returns policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your OtherWorld Fashion items. However, we accept that sometimes things don’t work out. We will refund, replace, or provide you with store credit for items that are returned within 30 days in new (unworn) condition with the tags still on. We have more details for you on our Returns Policy page.


  • My item is damaged. What should I do?

If you have a damaged or broken item, we are so very sorry! Email us ASAP at orders@otherworldfashion.com and attach detailed pictures of the problem. We will replace the item for you quickly!


  • Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes we do! We send all orders via International Australia Post. Please visit our Postage & Delivery page for more information on international orders.


  • What are your postage shipping prices?

  • Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

Yes but we ship very fast so, please contact us immediately at: orders@otherworldfashion.com


  • What happens if I don’t receive my order?

We ship via Australia Post, and will include the tracking number with your shipping confirmation. If you don’t receive your parcel, please contact us at orders@otherworldfashion.com and we will follow it up for you.


  • Is your store secure?

Yes our store is secure. OtherWorld Fashion uses Paypal’s secure ordering system and Stripe secure shopping, so your payment is 100% safe. For further details, please contact us at info@otherworldfashion.com
