All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number.

• You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
  
• You can track it directly through the courier’s website for the most up-to-date information.

Your order will be shipped in one parcel once the pre-order item is ready.

• In-stock items are held until the pre-order arrives at our Brisbane warehouse.
  
• If your in-stock item is urgent, just email, text, or call us and we can arrange to send it separately.

We ship exclusively with Australia Post.

• Australia: Australia Post Standard and Express services.
  
• International: Australia Post International, which hands your parcel over to your country’s main postal service for final delivery.

Lost parcels are rare, but if it happens, we’ll make sure you’re covered.

• First, we lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
• If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund for you.
• You’re never left out of pocket — we take full responsibility once your order leaves our warehouse.

• They are usually very accurate, but please note they are estimates, not guarantees.
• Factors like customs clearance, busy seasons, or courier delays can sometimes extend delivery.
• We’d rather give you a realistic timeframe than over-promise.

Yes — we keep it straightforward.

• You’ll find our Return Form at the bottom of the Returns Page — just fill it out and include it with your return.
  
• After we receive your request, we’ll contact you within 24 hours with the next steps.
  
• Customers are responsible for sending items back (unless the item is faulty).
  
• Once your return arrives at our Brisbane warehouse, we’ll process it and send your replacement item or refund with no extra fees or charges.

Pre-orders are items we don’t keep on the shelf, but bring in especially for you.

• It arrives in our Brisbane warehouse within 5–6 business days (most of the time it’s shorter), is quality-checked, and then shipped to you.

We usually ship sooner than 5–6 business days, but we give this timeframe to stay realistic.

At the moment, Australia Post has suspended all shipments to the USA due to new U.S. Customs requirements.

• We’re waiting for Australia Post to roll out their new system to comply with these changes.
  
• Once shipping reopens, USA customers will be able to order again.
  
• In the meantime, you can still browse products and join our mailing list to be notified when USA shipping resumes.

Yes — in most cases. Import duties and VAT are set by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices.

• Europe & UK: Orders may be charged VAT and customs duties on arrival. Since Brexit, UK shipments are subject to the same import rules as the EU.
  
• Canada: Orders may incur GST/HST and customs clearance fees collected by Canada Post.
  
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected before your package is delivered.
